H1N1 Vaccinations

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has recommended that children and young adults aged 6 months through 24 years be vaccinated against H1N1 as soon as the vaccine is available. The Bear River Health Department is working with Box Elder School District to give the H1N1 influenza vaccine to children at school. There will be no cost to you for this vaccine. The Parental Consent form needs to be reviewed and signed by parents and returned to before November 4, 2009. Vaccination will not be given to your child without a completed and signed form.
