Full Time Position. Bachelors in Communicative Disorders and Masters in Speech Pathology. Must understand the anatomy and physiology of the speech, language and hearing mechanism. Must understand causative and maintaining factors of communications disorders. Use a variety of standardized proedures of administering, scoring, and appropriately analyzing evaluation data to diagnose communication disorders across all student populations and age groups. Qualifications: Previous dance teaching or coaching at the high school level preferred. Choreography experience preferred but not mandatory. UHSAA certified or must become certified (includes fingerprint/background check, first aid/cpr card, concussion training. Light bookkeeping/keep financial account. Be available for practice before school, 1st hour, after school.
Responsibilities:: Plan and organize a drill team for drill performances at sporting events, competitions, region and state. Handle fundraising activities. Educate parents on rules and regulations of the sport. Enforce a standard of conduct and rules. Be responsible for costume and clothing ordering and storing. Coordinate camp, practices, and competitions. Work with the athletic director for eligibility, transportation, and other issues.
