BESD Safety Protocols

Box Elder School District Priority

Keeping our students, employees, and visitors safe is a top priority. Box Elder School District has adopted the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) as the model for our district wide school safety plan.  This model establishes a uniform, planned, and practiced response to an emergency or incident. The SRP is action-based, flexible, and easy to learn. It rationally organizes tactics for response to weather events, fires, accidents, intruders, and other threats to our safety.  This model was developed by the I love You Guys Foundation found at https://iloveuguys.org/
